• The Coupon is per clog rate and can be used as many times as needed per call; coupon applies only to residential stoppages.
• There is no "Service Call" fee added to invoice; must be used during normal business hours; not valid on holidays
• Clean out must be easily accessible; coupon not valid for snaking through roof vents
• Coupon cannot be used if a toilet is pulled to clear line
• Coupon for cabeling only; cannot be used for hydrojetting or any other advanced clearing methods.  
• If chemicals, including drain clearers, were previously used, additional hazard fees may be added to invoice
